Ingredients: starch, maltodextrin, palm oil, flavourings, apple powder, salt, iodised sea salt, sugar, MILK Sugar, seasoning, sodium chloride substitute4, MILK WHITE, yeast extract, caramel sugar syrup, onion juice concentrate, MALT MALK EXTRACT, roasted onions, spices (garlic, pepper, turmeric), bay leaves, sunflower oil.
Preparation: You will need 400 g minced meat, 150 g mushrooms, and 100 ml whipped cream for cooking (15% fat). First, season the minced meat with salt and pepper, and form approximately 15 small balls. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Next, fry the meatballs in a little hot oil over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms and continue frying. Then, push the meatballs to the edge of the pan, add 350 ml cold water and 100 ml cream, and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring, and then cook it over low heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring several times. We recommend serving the dish with potatoes and green peas.
